Addressing the mayor of Athens, Hanachi said: "Iran actually fought the two viruses of sanctions and corona at the same time, while countries always help each other in acute conditions, but this did not happen in Iran."
The mayor of Tehran requested that a sisterhood agreement be signed between Athens and Tehran, which the mayor of Athens welcomed.
