On Sunday, in the ninth meeting of Tehran City Council, Alireza Zakani announced: "We consider ourselves committed to the municipality and we hope to advance all three sides of the commitment, organization and goals of the revolution with the help of the people."
The mayor of Tehran stated: "We are facing citizens who are upset with us, do not consider our services worthy of them, and the necessary precautions have not been taken to transfer basic needs to them; and so the citizens are going one way and the municipality another." In this way, it is necessary to properly know all the software and hardware needs of the people and to have a valid answer for all of them.
Zakani, stating that in the city we are facing a large and extensive worn-out texture, said: class distance in the city has not provided the possibility that citizens can equally enjoy urban services. Our plan is to put the city on a path that satisfies the citizens and the city is on the path of growth and prosperity.
He emphasized: "All our efforts are to have a city similar to that of a school that does not go any other direction than paying attention to our perspective on human beings, and the change brought forth to them." A glance at the citizens, we see that they need to rebuild social capital, and the way to attract people's participation is for them to see the honest service of officials in various fields.
